I started working with Adriel around the end of May this year. At that time I was just looking around and wanted to get an idea of what was on the market. Once my home in California went on the market In June, I started working with Adriel much more. The only downside for me was that I was still in California but my sister lived in Arizona and since she was very aware of the type of home I wanted, I trusted her to help with my home search and Adriel did not mind at all taking her to look at potential homes and keeping us informed with new homes on the market. I drove from California to Arizona that Friday to see the home along with Adriel and fell in love with it. That Saturday an offer was made. Adriel represented us so professionally. From the inspection, request for repairs, final walk through and he was present and there for us when we signed docs at closing. This was my families 4th home purchase and the best experience by far. No realtor I have ever worked with has made sure our needs were taken care of in the way Adriel did. From understanding the type of home I wanted for our family in the beginning to making sure we were completely happy at the end. I can truly say, loves what he does and is amazing to work with. We have family looking at making the transition to Arizona in the upcoming months and I plan on keeping our now good friend Adriel very busy.
